Louisiana can be as mellow or as intense as you’d like. This place is a total melting pot of French, African, American and Canadian cultures reflected in its Creole and Cajun cultures & gastronomy! Just thinking about beignets and jazz at the French Quarter makes me want to book flights to NOLA!
